We will provide a detailed report that gives a complete understanding of your current Nutrition. Followed up by a plan which includes personal training and Nutrition powered by 365living.today. How we eat and what we eat is the determining factor on our training results. This is our 80/20 rule and how we get results.
Now that we understand more detail around what and when calories are being consumed, we develop a plan for improvement including behavioural changes This will include a future state map. Each week we perform measures to see if there is an improvement. If there is an improvement, then you will continue the improvement plan until you reach your goal.
The last phase is the Control phase. The focus of this stage is to make sure that the action item created in the Improve Phase is well-implemented and maintained.
